Mirai is a two time Winter Olympian in the sport of figure skating. She is a seven time US National Medalist, three time Four Continents medalist, and the first US lady to land the triple axel at the Olympic games. Growing up in southern California, she always hoped to break down the negative stigma that figure skaters are beautiful and perfect at all times. These days when she's not busy trying to meet all her college deadlines, she's trying to share her extensive figure skating knowledge with the next generation.
